LG Aristo 2 Plus / Aristo 3 / Aristo 3+

Have the LG Aristo 2 Plus that, apparently, was on a T-mobile plan. Now finding that some public Wifi systems are off-limits to this phone and writing to inquire if support might be found for this issue.
