My LG Q7 screen is locked

I can't do anything. Not even power it off. ive been told i'd have to buy a new phone but if it wont turn off or on i cant transfer stuff. Anyone know what to do? if anything.

Screen sharing

I have an LG7+ and I want to display my screen on my TV. I bought a android to HDMI cable, but I can't seem to get the screen to display
