Now Available at Nokiausa.com
Still can't seem to find any local stores that have this phone (Only the dummy phone). But Nokiausa.com is now offering the phone with free shipping for $499 (No contract).

The phone is available on Nokiausa.com for 299.99 with cingular service. Cingular also has a $100 mail-in-rebate on the phone. So I'm guessing that cingular should be releasing the phone in the next 2 weeks or so.

Yeah, Cingular's offical launch date of the phone was November 12th. Not sure why its taking so long to get them into stores. One rep did tell me that Cingular "Blue" stores will not plan to carry the phone right away and some markets are limiting there handsets.. might be why right now 7610 is only available in Washington, Oregon, and Idaho. But another store here in Florida did tell me they recived the dummy phone last week. So thats good news.
