Would this return receipt be valid for the lawsuit, says I paid $419.

I purchased the v710 about two weeks after it came out and did three replacements. A new receipt was given for each replacement all dated before the lawsuit cut-off date.
The current receipt says $419. I guess that was the buy outright price.
I think I paid in $320 or more. I then got a "new in two" discount.

The receipt says
"11/23/04

88613**** Mot: V710 TRI CA -$419
88613**** Mot: V710 TRI CA $419
War6002 1 YR Warrant $0.00
Tax 0.00
"
What do you think, $419 or $200?
If I exchange the phone now for a e815 I imagine I will be excluded from the lawsuit. What happens if I take a refurb v710?

Thoughts, Thanks

Well i can tell you the E815 is a great phone and retails for $389.99 with a $50.00 mail in rebate. I would not take anything refurbished if i was you though. Thats just asking for more problems. Once again i will state Verizon once again got off way to easy with this.

Actually, I believe that the full retail price for the e815 is $270. I paid $300 full retail at a Circuit City on July #rd, found out that Verizon had decided to lower the price to $270, went back later that week and got my $30 back.

You'll get the $419 if you can prove that's what you paid for it.
