Kyocera KX414 (Phantom)

I'm looking for a VZW bar phone with speakerphone, GIN, extendable antenna, and AMPS.

Does this phone support GIN? If not, what phones for (or planned for) VZW have the above?

HI, Does anyone know what the call timer counts on this Phantom? e.g. if it says 3532:48 is this minutes and seconds or hours and minutes?

I am new to PhoneScoop and I am just now buying my first cellphone and I have 100 dollars saved up and I have to buy one from verizonwireless...I have seen this phone there for like $70 dollars and now ive heard about the K404 and was wondering if anybody knew which was cheaper( or if they are the same price) and all that stuff or if anybody thought the K404 was better.I don't need a phone with like wireless internet or BREW OR anything like that so i thought the K404 would be a better choice. PLEASE REPLY!!! 😁

Why did VZW chose to dumb down this phone when there are at least 4 other carriers that sell it will all the features that are standard from Kyocera?

How can VZW attempt to sell the phone for $219 without a contract when US Cellular will sell it for $159?

God this phone is LOUD!!! my friend has it and everytime she calls me I have to lower my ear volume and have the phone at least one inch away from my ear! no kidding! This is good, but, gosh! it was shocking at first. he he

I've been getting reports of dropped calls & roaming on VZ's America's Choice network in the South Louisiana area, but IMHO it's more customer defect than anything else. As far as I can tell, this is a great phone at a very decent price. If there IS a problem, VZ better fix it quick, because they're getting ready to turn this phone into a Freeup handset... and we all know how good certain prepay customers are at operating cellular phones .

Hey if you have not played with this phone yet you don't know what you are missing. I love this phone and all of the goodies that come with it. This phone has all the new features plus who can say no to color Tetris. This phone is the wireless edge that US Cellular just brought to the table in the world of Cell Retail. If you don't have one rush out and get one. 😁
