I would want this phone for myself. It meets most of my needs, I like a screen size between 3.7-4.0", a physical keyboard, with Android 2.3. But I also need a sharp screen! Why did they reduce the sharpness, below todays standards? I would gladly pay $20-25 more for a better screen!
I don't understand it, and I am afraid that this phone may be another looser.
When will LG wake up and smell the coffee? I mean, they know already that they're behind the race, why offer a brand new phone with a display with below standard resolution?? 😈
over in the "Virgin Mobile Lands HTC Wildfire S, LG Optimus Slider" discussion:
There's no flash with the camera on the Optimus slider unless they made it diff then Verizon's version called the enlighten, which has no camera flash either. So dumb to me when they do not include a flash for the camera that has become a must for me.
Seriously, every other carrier has a plethora of nice-looking, decently spec'd Android QUERTYphones. WTH, AT&T? Are you sleeping with RIM or something??? You are really not giving your keyboard loving customer many reasons to stay!
