Who actually likes this phone?

I have this phone and, while I have had positive experiences with it, I have read that other people have had negative ones with this device. Who here really ilkes this phone?

How do I get the new firmware update sent to my phone?

I have a Samsung Solstice 2 and I recently saw an AT&T Wireless forum post about how there is a new firmware update available for download to fix some problems people were experiencing with their devices. After looking on my phone, I saw that I have the old version of the firmware. How can I get the new firmware sent to my phone?

Where can I purchase USB cable?

When this phone comes in the box brand new, there is a data cable that comes with this phone that serves two purposes: to charge the phone and to transfer data to and from the device. My original cable got liquid damage and I was wondering where I could purchase this cable brand new. Would I have to go to the manufacturer to get this cable?

Samsung PC Suite no longer recognizes Samsung Solstice 2 device connection?

I have a Samsung Solstice 2 and I had an issue last night where I was transferring media to and from my computer and my phone and the Samsung PC Suite program suddenly stopped recognizing that my phone was connected. What could be the problem? The cable has not been submerged in any liquids and it charges the phone just fine. This cable is the cable that originally comes with the device. Any suggestions as to what to do?

Any setting to keep Events widget on main screen?

I noticed with my Samsung Solstice II that the events widget does not stay on the screen after I am done checking whatever missed calls, voice mails or texts I have received. Is there a way to keep the widget on the main home screen? Or do I have to keep dragging it out on the screen when it disappears?
