Text Pop-up Notification

I understand that by default when receiving a text message, the initial pop-up on the LG Xenon reads "1 new message".

I've heard there is a way you can change it to say "New message from (name)" instead. Is this true?

I cant find anything. Any luck finding something?
I don't have an SDK for any lg phones though. Maybe you need it to mess with the OS.

Did anyone figure out if you can change it to say "new message from..." I have looked through the entire phone and cannot find anything.
