LG VX-10

Anyone else have problems with the headset volume? I regularly use the standard size headset jack while I'm in the car, and the earpiece volume seems to wander occasionally. Also, I can't seem to turn it down to a comfortable level no matter what. Is it just the phone or should I get my phone looked at?

When I updated my PRL, the nice BIG time display (inside) turned into a crumby, small time display with the Verizon Wireless Network banner crammed into the box with it. I understand that the VWN is to let me know that I am on their network but would LOVE to have it OUTSIDE of the time box where there is room for a banner. Is there anyway to get my BIG BEAUTIFUL time display back???? This didn't happen to my son's 3100 when he updated....it still shows the nice BIG time!!!!!
