Virtual Keyboard Glitch?
Anyone else experiencing this problem?
Using the virtual keyboard, I'll click the red "123" button to type a number. However, when I click "abc" to go back to letters, nothing happens. The "button" will even light up and cause a vibrate/keypad sound. Seems software related - anyone else have this?
I also have a defective 4 button on the real keyboard that doesn't "click" in but works fine nontheless.
Lastly, is it possible to have dead pixels on this phone?

I just tried it on mine and found no problems like the ones you are describing.
If you are getting dead pixels, I would definitely return it.

Yeah I'm usually not one to complain about little problems, but they tend to add up when you have more than one. Not to mention I spent 300 dollars.
I just find it weird that you don't have my virtual keyboard problem, since that's definitely software related.

I tried the virtual keyboard on mine and the 123/abc buttons work fine switching back and forth,
Just exchange your phone for a refurb at the store, they won't charge you anything and you'll absolutely get a brand new one from them. 🤤

I had the same problem and it just went away. I did try *28 option 2 to "update" the phone. I don't think that had anything to do with it but it has not given me any more problems. Or maybe it was the threat of taking it to the Verizon store for tech support. 🙂

Same with me! I was trying to get it to do it, so I'd be able to show the CSR tomorrow, but it actually worked correctly haha. Now I'm gonna make a fool of myself when I go in tomorrow...
