It doesn't use a USB charging port. Charging port is the same LG18PIN that's been used on LGs since the VX8500 for Verizon.

It says Usb for mass storage and charging because it does have a usb/data cable. Just not a usb mini/micro, but none the less it is still a usb cable.

Its not larger then the ENV almost the same size to the point. Its actually not taht big when you hold it in your hand or in a pouch i've tried it. We compared it in size side by side to the iphone, the iphone is wider and shorter, voyager is taller and skinner and a bit thicker. Its not that bad actually, the venus awesome phone as well if ya like a small phone get it.
