I'm trying to find out what phones have headsets that are compatible with a t629. I can't find a stereo headset that is specifically for the T629 and wanted to know what other phones use the same headset jack so I can find a compatible set.
does T809 cable and PC STUDIO CD work with the T629?
My T809 got stolen so I had to get the T629, I still have the USB cord and my PC Studio and i remeber last time i had to change the mass storage or whatever, but the T629 doesnt have a USb setting, what do i have to change to connect to PC studio with the usb cable?
I have a bunch of java games (.jar) on my desktop that I'd like to install on the t629. I copied them over to "Other Files" on my phone, which is apparently the only folder I can copy these files to. Has anybody an idea how to install these suckers now?
I have the samsung t629 and i love it. I was woundering if any of your phones had a fastforward and rewind control? mine does not allow me to do either i can only skip to the next mp3 songs. please help thanks
I used to own the T809 then I traded it in for a Razr V3I. Now that the T629 came out a few months back I'm thinking about getting that phone. Though I see that a lot of people are saying that the screen resolution isn't nearly as good as the T809. Is it really that bad compared to the previous version? If it's not noticeable then I don't really care and just as long as it a much sharper screen than the Razr V3I anyway. Also, is the ringer on this phone louder than the T809? That's one of the main problems I hated about that phone. Thanks 😁
*******THIS PHONE SUCKS I'LL TELL U WHY!**********
After reviewing most of the post on this forum about this phone I have to tell u guys not to get this phone. Especially if you already have a t809. You can flash the t809 to the original version of the phone and use it the way it was ment to be used.
Here's a short list of the benifits of flashing to the D820 which is the real version of the t809:
* Mp3 as ringtone support (no renaming needed) * No Ascending ringer * Vibrate and ring simultaneously * Email client * Change soft key functions * Install non-signed java applications ie; opera mini, google maps etc. * Unlock the phone (use on any carrier)
As you can see there are many benifits that address most of the issues you guys have about the t629. also, the t809/d820 hase 6... (continues)
When you hold down the # key to exit the silent mode, this horribly annoying tone plays. Is there anyway to silence this? I couldn't find anything in the sound settings to disable this. Is this just a part of the phone I have to get used to?
How do I change the soft keys on this phone? I have looked at all the options, but can't seem to find it. Also, in the home screen, it shows t-zones on the right. How do I change that? I keep on going into accidentally? Please Help.
does this have better reception and battery life than t809?
i'm trying to get this phone but i just want to know if this has better reception and battery life than the t809... two things that i didn't like about the t809 was the battery life was really short and for some reason the reception was really bad
