I bought a V3x on May 30 and within 2 weeks i started having problems. First, when I opened it for what ever reason, the screen would go white. Then IF the screen returned to normal, it would show "no service". At which point i could not access my phone book or anything else until i removed the battery and rebooted. I finally had to return it when it died completely. It wouldn't do anything, including turn on.
I was given a replacement and before I even left the store, i got a white screen. Would someone from Motorola PLEASE tell me what is up with this phone. I love the features, and the Itap software is so much better than before. I want to have this phone but DA*N !!
