Justina . . .

Just got it as a gift.

I don't like the phone, but the dealer won't take it back.

Volume is just fair.

Menu is extremely complicated . . . and incomplete.

Customer service is impossible. I'm pretty bright, but I couldn't get to a real human. Gave up after 8 minutes of robotic voice-activated misunderstandings.

Speakerphone works only AFTER a call is connected.

The look and feel of the phone are fine. And it's one of the few phones that has Bluetooth and 4 bands.

If you don't need all that, I'd encourage you to pass

The phone is great, I had the same problem as Allan, but thats why they come with the instruction book, I have had Nokias but this phone beats them by far, the only cons I have is compared to Nokia it is a bit heavier and battery life is short, camera excellent it has a zoom, nite shots comes out very clear, let me say to finish, it is ease to play with after you read the instructions, sorry one more note, some people say the bluetooth is hard to handle, I had the Motorola HS801 and the Sony Erickson pairing HBH-200 with no problem.

This phone is VERY disappointing 👿
Although it's packed with features and looks great, it is way too cumbersome to use day-in-day-out.

Complaints:
1) Internal speaker is too low.
Sure it may sound fine in the local store, but take it into a car with the A/C going and road noise and forget it. Ironically, the earbud volume is fine. There are 100's of threads complaining about the volume. Some even include technical fixes that require a PhD in EE (SEEM editing using a Hex editor, FLEXING, FLASHING, etc...) The last thing anyone should have to do is hack their phone just to be able to hear on it. This is a major flaw.

2) Speaker phone not activated until after a connection.
And not just as soon as the connection is made, try 2-...

I'm starting to feel the same way about this phone too. On my third one now, which has developed yet another keypad fault. In addition to this I've had issues with Orange on all three having poor signal coverage - even getting cut off/long periods of no cover when on the national motorway network. Not happened once in recent years with my previous Nokia 6310i.

Starting to get very fed up with this phone now - it has all the potential to be a great phone as it has some very nice (cute) features, but it falls down badly on not holding together as a robust & user friendly package.

Personally I think that it's a great phone. This phone has a ton of features and a million ways to customize it. However, it's one of the most complicated phones I had ever used. And fat manual that comes with it, throw it in the trash can right away-it doesn't go in depth describing what each feature is. Granted it has some annoyances such as the light show when the phone is charging but I learned to live with them. The phone book works great, you just need to set an option so it displays only one contact per name (so you don't end up with 5 entries for each person), the missed call system takes a little used getting to but it works. My only complaint is that the color screen is unreadable outdoors, now I come from a black and white phone s...
