😈 omg i am so frustrated. can anyone e-mail me step bt step instructions on how to create my own mp3 ringtones. I would really really appreciate it. my e-mail address is rquick@woh.rr.com

this is the way that i do it. first you must subscribe to planet ringtone. they are really cheap only ten cents a ringtone. then you download their ringtone ripper. then you can use any of your mp3 files as a rigntone.

Yes, you need to convert your mp3s to 64k at the very most or they just wont play on the phone. Just convert them with any mp3 software. You need to get a usb cable (i use the one from my digital camera, same thing) and the software which I will get for you if you email me at neoufo51@yahoo.com
Don't ever pay for ringtones. You can literally put any sound on your phone and make it your ringtone in 10 minutes. Its amazing how many people are shelling out for something that could be setup so easily. A lot of phone makers are trying not to include data on their phones, but more are coming with bluetooth, usb, etc, so eventually only the dumbest people will be buying ringtones.

MP3 are too big for phones. I have both v600 and a700, I can only get 5MB on to my phone, that's just a song.
Hope newer phones can do better.

thats why you need to only use about a 30 second clip and then convert that to 64kbps. i also increase my mp3 volume.
