AT&T/cingular does not support data on TDMA. You need to be on a GSM plan to do data and only GPRS/EDGE. CSD has never been available on AT&T GSM and csd "pocket net" was discontinued a while back.

well if your using your phone as a modem you can do it fine, are you using the cable or bluetooth?

The 6360 does *not* have Bluetooth! The 6310/6310i does but that's for GSM not for TDMA (IS-136.)

And you cannot use it for data if your provider hasn't provisioned their service for it. Since AT&T Wireless gave up pocketnet CSD "dialup" is no longer available.
