My wife needs your help her 6230 drops the auto-dial key one for voice mail and she then needs to reprogram the number. What is the fix and or cause Thanks

It sould be something along these lines...
MENU--> Messages--> Voice Messages--> Voice Mailbox Number
enter your 11-digit phone number 1-{area code}-{number} (without dashes or hyphens)
1xxxyyyzzzz Save that, and anytime you hold the 1-key, it should connect right to the VoiceMail network.
MENU--> Messages--> Voice Messages--> Voice Mailbox Number
