VX8100 MP3 "process"
I'm ignorant when it comes to technology.....how do I go about downloading MP3's to my VX8100? Can I plug a usb directly from my phone to a PC then download them to the mini sd, do I need to get some sort of mini sd adapter, etc? Please help!!!
Also, does anyone know where I can find a chart that shows approx. how many mp3's can fit on a 64MB, 128MB, 256, 512, 1GB mini sd card?

As far as getting the MP3s onto your phone...
I use a memory card reader and simply drag and drop into the MP3 folder. I dont use a usb cable so I am not sure if you can do it this way.
I have a 256 card and it holds 50 +/- MP3s. I have also heard that regardless of the size of the card you are limited to around 120 MP3s. That could be wrong since I dont have a big enough card to try it...but that is what i heard.

It has now been confirmed that the MP3 limit on this phone is not 120...so please disregard that statement.

In addition to all the above information you should take your phone to the nearest corporate store and make sure you have the most current software in the phone that enables the MP3 player.

These are all averages assuming you files are size and quality. Buy a mini sd card with an adaptor(converting it to sd size) and get yourself an sd reader. Slap the card into your phone(then turn phone off then back on to format the card) Then slap card into card reader and drag and dropp mp3 files from your computer into the mp3 folder located on your newly formatted mini sd card, then slap it back into your phone and their ya go!
