I also wanted to mention this doesnt happen everytime i answer the call. Sometimes the spkr works fine and i hear the caller right away.

I have had a couple of customers call in about that issue(I work in a VZW call center) If it's under your return period then I say take it back for a new one if not I think there is a trouble ticket out for that situation and hopefully a software fix will be coming shortly

Thanks for the quick response, will i beable to recieve a new phone at the store or will the make me wait for a feww days to recieve a new one? Its a really nice phone, if this is a problem with a lot of the vx8000 what if i get another 1 with the same issue?

If the store has it in stock they should just swap it out for you quick and easy (unless you have to wait in line ☹️ I know it gets bad) The 8000 is a VERY nice phone and LG usually do not give us any problems that is why I always recomend those before any other phone VZW sells. To answer you last question if it is a manufacturer defect they should swap out the phone for you. They all have a one year warrenty. Have the ...
