t809 Ascending Ring

Is there anyway to turn the ascending ring on my t809 off? I'm using .3gp filse I sent from my computer. whenever my phone rings it starts out quiet and ascends to full volume. I hate this feature, is there any way to turn it off?

I hate this also, I miss most of my calls because of this feature...i want it to ring loud the first time....
