We had a samsung rep come in our store, and we asked her about the contest. She said don't worry about the deadline. The reason it is taking so long is becasue there was a guy up in New York that completely ruined it for everyone by getting hundreds of thousands of points. She said it was so bad that Samsung and Amazon lawyers were involved and legal action was taken. She said this is the only way for the contest to continue, to secure the site and make sure the points were done correctly.

So are they going to extend our deadline on ordering our prizes??? I planned to get my son a really cool bunk bed for his birthday and its in 2 weeks, I am so mad, I thought we would have gotten our verification done by now and points opened up!!!

Yeah - apparently he found a way to fool the system... he was entering dummy IMEI's and clocking tens of thousands of points. Apparently he was getting a 56" tv every month...

Yes they will open up the points. Its just taking forever. I don't know when they will open it up. But I hope it will be soon.

Hey guys i have great news... SO i received and email from samsung wanting me to validate my imei sales with receipts. They said they will issue out a visa check card with the value of the points in cash form. I called in and they said the break down is $0.005 per point. I have 95,670 points which equates to $478.35. Now susu737 with 310,000 equals $1550.00 so that is enough for you to go buy a 56" TV... Make sure you validate your imei's and get those in. If yall have a question or need to talk to someone at Samsung here is there number 1-800-349-7864... Good luck and happy hunting...

Has anyone actually received this samsung debit card that they are supposed to be sending? When I called beginning of Dec. the lady told me beginning of Jan. to expect it but I called to double check and now there is an automated message saying that we should have received them on or before Dec. 31! I just hope that this wasn't some kind of hoax and we aren't really going to receive these after everything they already did!!
