I have had it for a week now and am really aggravated with it. I can't lock the side volume button like I could with my Motorolla. An what is with this celltop. Do I have to pay for that if I accidently hit it ?

My husband has the hue and he loves it. It has great reception in bad areas. We have alltel where we live.
Celltop is kinda like your access shop. I haven't really figured it out on either of our phones yet. I think you do get charged if you use it.

Celltop is an almost completely free Internet service available on some Alltel phones, including the Hue. It allows you to check news and weather from AP, stocks, sports scores, and much more right from the phone. Unlike other mobile Internet services, there is no extra charge for using Celltop. It simply takes 1-2 voice minutes from your calling plan each time you use it, to refresh the data displayed.
As for the volume rocker on the side of the phone, if the phone is closed the rocker does nothing except light up the LED display on the front to show the date, time, signal strength and other icons.
