Samsung

I am having problems receiving images from a razr on alltel. It comes through and shows the attachment of documentname.jpgg and then I get an unsupported image file type error message. I can however forward the message to my pc and the image also was not viewable until I set the image fax viewer to open .jpgg types of file extensions. I have a feeling it is an issue with her firmware. I have tried every setting in her phone as far as quality, size etc with no luck. I would like to note my wife also has a SYNC and has the same issue but yet I just had a Nokia and could view the files. My provider is Cingular and I have called them and alltel and they both agree that images should have no problem between providers.
