Help needed deciding Palm vs. Pocket PC
Does the Palm Treo 700 W allow viewing and editing of attachments such as word, excel, powerpoint? Also, is there a Palm Treo 700 W that has international service? I am also considering the UTStarcom PPC or6700 or XV-6700 or HTC Apache. Comments on how these compare to the Treo are appreciated. Thanks!

As a person that has used both, I see them as the same thing, different shells w/ a few minor differences
XV6700:
Can have mp3s made into ringtones.
Has wi-fi
39 mb memory
1.3 megapixel cam/video (2 mp on the camera setting)
Treo 700w
1.3 megapixel camera/video (but still nice, though)
64 mb memory
Not as laggy (in my opinion, anyway).
Other than that, they have the same functions. I hope this helps some.
