T-Mobile MDA vs Cingular 8125
Given that these two phones, the MDA from T-Mobile and 8125 from Cingular, are close siblings, are there significant differences in the hardware/software?
What about T-Mobile vs. Cingular as carriers? I am currently a long-term T-Mobile user in NYC and have a BlackBerry 7290.
Pushed email, phone clarity, and Internet access are the three most important issues for me. I like the idea of MW5 and, according the reviews, this device, in either iteration, is better than the Treo 700W.
Any comments about the choice between T-Mobile and Cingular in NYC would be appreciated. Thanks

thanks. I'll probably stick with T-Mobile. Another post mentioned a supplier that will give me the MDA for $100. www.xda-developers.com now goes in my reference file to make some hacks.
I was also thinking about Verizon, but am disinclinded.

Verizon's recepiton is excellent and better than either Cingular or T-Mobile . It's also the only reason that i haven't left them.

If MDA is what you want, right now i've seen 2 sites a1wirelwss.com and wirefly.com where you can get it for free after rebate with a 1-year contract, of course.

Thanks. I had checked the out and they are for new subscribers. I would have had to give up my old number, which killed it.
