As it says at the top, "This application is not available in all product configurations. Product configurations vary by wireless operator."
The version we reviewed did not have MMS, and T-Mobile confirmed to us that their shipping version will not have it. :(

Why no MMS?
in the danger manual, it has a section showing the MMS features of the sk3:
