slip seating
i hate hate slip sitting just as much as anyone else, but when i get yelled at by annother rep in my dept when i've been walking around looking for a seat for 2 hours then get told that im a liar that a TL told me to sit, that's the kind of BS that makes people quit here. I like some of the people who work in my center, but i hate most of them. I dont know where they find these people, but i do know why they aren't looking for new jobs...because they can't get hired anywhere else.

Yeah, the barrel gets scraped from time to time around here. When you consider the turn over it's understandable. I will not tolerate another rep giving me any kind of lip when slipping them. You will promptly be told where to go and how to get there, HR issue or not. Believe me the only thing I hate more than being slipped is actually having to slip someone. I just don't know where some people get the nerve.

😉 Ok slip seating is when there are way to many agents scheduled than there are phones. so everyone without a phone has to circle the center harrassing people and stealing their seats. THANK YOU O MIGHTY GODS OF SCHEDULING 👿

I start work at 6pm tonight so I'll be one of those poor souls roaming the floor looking for a seat. If they'd just fix the dozen or so broken computers/headsets/whatever!

Ahh Convergys. Brings back bad memories. Now i have my own desk (noone else sits here) own headset and if there is a problem with my computer i call tech and they come up and fix it within a few hours or sometimes they fix it remotely if its software problems while i sit and watch.
