Are you Blue? All the Blue rep in my center are saying that it's way too busy today. i told'em that it's because all Blue rep's are getting trained on cingular so their call flow has gone through the roof appearently & what center are you in? 😲

That's cool, i'm now in cingular training for the next 2 weeks, and this is now my form of entertainment for this time frame - i'm in the Welland convergy's
