lol, im in ott....i transfered here from red deer, and i was 2g, so they put me in new hire training to learn siebel, and they put me in ott again.

Ick...I am not sure I could handle new hire again...I barely made it through awake the first time. One guy in my class kept falling asleep so they fired him. He knows more than I do and I have been on the phones since December. I met a guy the other day at a job interview who worked at the one in Red Deer. Interview went so well I am still here. Oh yippeee

What a b^%$#. Yeah I hated the whole monitoring thing. I was always getting it done even though I rarely had my hand up. I have my hand up now more than I did in OTT.At least your class had a trainer. We went though 7 of them. Cause our first one got sick, than his mom died, than we would get one for a while til he had something else to do. There was an entire day when we had no one. Every hour one would pop his head in to make sure we were still there. We sat and did online training for 7 hours. I was about ready to scream

Well here in Welland the situation isn't much different. Never enough trainers when we need them and too many when all thats going on is mods. They do give POO cards to reps that help out a lot though.

Well that makes me feel a little better. Now I know that it isnt just this site that has bad trainers. No offence to the few good ones we have

red deer had crappy trainers...we had to steal one of the hailfax trainers for a month to compinsate

yea she gave me NOTHING!! she was giving out grad presents...zippies and pens and stuff... and i just got a poo card, but EVERYONE got a poo card,and it had a print off label..i felt used *tear*

Oh poor baby....I got nothing. Well some girls in the class gave me POO cards but big deal I don't even know what I did with them. I wanted something fun for making it through alive. You definitely deserves something better than that.

That is low, when I do Red Hatting for transition classes each POO card I hand out is hand written and mostly different unless I think they wont last the three months.

we can wear shorts and T Shirts here, but the da*m AC is so high that you need a blanket to stay warm. Dress for the inside weather and if you park in the back they can follow you by the trail of sweat you leave.

lol, thats horrible..see here its cold in the morning arround lunch it will get nice and warm..and the nites are pretty nice too, unless it rain`s then the wind picks up.
