V400 Hearing problem
Hi i recently occured a problem with my v400. I can speak to the other person and they can hear it, but i cannot hear them. It used to be fine with speaker phone now none of them work. I admit i sometimes drop it or maybe i played with the settings and i accidently checked off something? Help please? Thank you.

i see those phones come back to my store with that same problem all the time. it's an easy fix, just open it up and re-attach it to the motherboard, make sure it's making good contact, or if it's clean or not.
