Verizon roaming in Mexico/Dominican Republic Questions

Does anyone know VZW's rates from Cancun? I believe it is 69 cents roaming plus 20 cents Long Distance, anyone know if this is the case? Also, anybody familiar with roaming rates in Dominican Republic? Thanks.
