Verizon Customer AudioVox CDM 8900 Phone Data Cable?

Hi guys. I'm a Verizon customer and I have an audiovox cdm 8900. Is there anyway to upload ringtones and images and whatnot to my phone using a USB Data cable connected to my computer?

What kind of software do I need?

Anyone that can provide information? It'd be greatly appreciated.
