HTC Raphael
I work in VZW Cstmr Care. I had a acct owned by HTC pop. The guy was calling in to activate a phone. Acct had 30-40 lines. I activated the phone and it showed up Test Device. I noticed almost every phone on the acct was a Test Device. I also noticed several had active SIM cards.
I asked the guy what phone it was. He said he had the Raphael, which I believe is the same as the Touch Pro. He said it is almost ready o launch and said expect Nov. if everything continued the way it was. He said he liked it a lot. He also said there are more Andriod phones coming. He was vague for dates and specifics but still some good info to hope for!

The touch pro is not going to be running Android. And sprint is going to be the next company to release an Android phone and thats not till next year.
And the SIM card is so it can work over seas just like Verizons blackberries.

I never said the Touch Pro would have Android.
I never said VZW would be the next to have an Andriod phone.
And HTC does not currently offer any World Phones for VZW, thats why I noted it. I am aware what a SIM card does as I work there.
