A significant number of survey respondents had problems with their cell phone service, but only 40 percent of those who called said their carrier's response was very helpful.

About 26 percent reported an overcharge of $10 or more on their most recent bill.

That is one of the dumbest things i've ever read. 26% have a 10.00 overage on the bill. What percent is a correct charge. Customer goes over their min causing a 300.00 bill. They fall within that percent?
