By the way, being able to offer plans that no one else (not even other departments in same company) can offer does not make one "the best". It means that they have more tools to do their job. Many on this site complain about Wally World for that very same reason, yet that certainly does not mean that they are "the best" at what they do. It just means that they have different tools..... T-Mobile retention does suck, and i work at a t-mobile store. They give customers whatever they want. If some idiot wants to cancel bc they want a free sidekick, then get the h@ll on. Peace out!

That's true, I was just playing around anyways, I do, actually, think that, out of all the bastard carriers out there, T-Mobile is actually the best option.

Retentions will make me want to kill myself certainly because yes, they pull that stuff all the time. Doesn't make the company as a whole bad, we're still a lot better than the competition.

If you disagree, by all means tell me why... by giving me what your company does well, not by what mine does poorly, you just look like a dill-hole.

Hey, I like T-Mobile, I have friends that work for the big pink.....but their retentions dept can go to hell. I am not disagreeing with this post in any way, shape, or form. I got upset when you insulted me, personally. If I didn't have my current position, and lived where they have passable service, I would sign up in a heartbeat.

Well first, your obnoxious first paragraph is pretty close to a personal attack. I never once said that working here made me happy (quite the contrary in fact.) actually, it regularly pisses me off and makes me miserable. It's not even CLOSE to fulfilling, it's a pain in the ass BUT it pays the bills... I'm going to school, I wouldn't be going to college if I wanted to keep working here, I want desperately to NOT keep working here but there is nothing else in our area that pays this well that will let me hink my schedule around every 4 months at will (as I have said about 8 thousand times but nobody seems to hear.)
