can sprint stores really transfer contact lists to one from from another one...

Most places do have phone book transfer machines. When I worked for a vzw agent we had a UME? machine that did everything it was great!

Oh yeah. Even if Sprint doesnt have a machine (im pretty sure they do) then you can go to most other carriers and they do.

Most stores have a machine but there are about a million different situations you can have.

You have some stores that only allow a tech to do it, so if the tech isn't in they won't be able to.

You can have some stores that don't have a machine.

You have some phones that have damage to the data ports or just will not connect for whatever reason.

It doesn't always work or isn't always available so don't promise your customers that the stores can do it.

And I had a lady wait three days for our machine to be repaired for us to switch...wait for it...7 phone numbers.
Total crap.

yeah most of the Sprint stores have a machine called Cellebrite its great, it transfers phonebooks and even pictures and stuff in like seconds.
