Best Situation EVER!!!
I'm almost done just doing some paperwork maybe five mins left on the deal
**some snobby bitch walks up**
L: EXCUSE ME!!
M: On second ma'am I'm almost done
L: OH NO... YOU HELPING ME NOW!!!! (screaming)
M: (infuriated) One Second (as nice as possible)
L: Huffs and puffs (literally) (mumbling that we suck and that we are rip offs and no good) loud enough for my customers to hear........
I then turn around and say
I'm Very sorry ma'am what seems to be your problem (other then the serious mental one)
L: I lost my rebate form I need one.....
........... 😳 thats it..... people are so fin rude
If she were a nice lady about it she'd have her rebate form in a jiffy! But, demands don't get results!
When I get the speech about "it's in your computer" I usually respond with something like "it is, but I can't access personal information. Only the controller of the company can and he's not in today."
Could I just hand them a form? Sure. Would it be the right one? Maybe...maybe not.
