I might as well buy the whole company!
So I just had a guy come up and ask to "try for a phone". I did the credit check and the results came back as a $750 deposit. Here's the dialogue that followed:
Me: They're asking for a $750 deposit.
Him: $750!? Man, it just keeps getting higer every time!
Me: ....
Him: For that I could just buy the whole company.
He then walked off. For one, I was thinking about pointing out that if the deposit keeps getting higher it's because his credit keeps getting worse. I held back though. And since when can you buy Cingular, or even our agent company, for $750? Really, when could you buy ANY company for $750? People just don't make any sense...

Sounds like a quality investment. Of course im trying to start an authorised dealer and it looking to cost between 70 and 100 thousand. but hey maybe they will let me start for $750 😎 .
