some woman just walked up to me and pointed to the cust service desk and the big sign over it that says cust service desk and asked me
"is that the service desk?"
"is that the service desk?"
...
Maybe she didnt want the one labeled CUSTOMER Service Desk....she wanted only the Service Desk
