I work for T-mobile so I am very familiar with there commission structure and how we get paid but I have no idea how other carriers pay their employees so anyone from any other companies please write or exsplain how your commision structure works do you make more then me 😎

I receive a hourly wage plus commissions. Commissions rage anywhere from $5 - $25 per line activation based on how high of a monthly rate plan they go on. We get paid $5 for each data package sold, as well as $3 for RingBack Tones. On top of all of that we make 5% on our accessory sales.
We also run monthly company contests, and whichever store wins that contest can earn bonuses up to $100 depending on the contest. If we score a 90% - 99% on a secret shop, we get a $75 bonus, or if we earn a 100% on a secret shop, we get $100. I love our company, they rock. They even do an annual contest where you can receive an extra week of paid vacation. This year another store manager won a week of paid vacation and all expense paid trip to Ha...

26 - 50 = $15 - $55
51 - 75 = $20 - $70
76 or more = $30 - $80
PPD is $10 - $15 I believe
Revenue value for feats (caps at $10)

ok I definetly make more then you guys better hourly and better commission sorry what can I say t-mobil rules if I go over my quota my total pay rases fo instance if i make 125% to quota then I will be paid about 145% of what im owed

$39 rate plan = $130 - split phone loss (so if I sell a Nokia 2128 for $100 below cost I split that loss with my company, so $130 - $50 = $80)
$99 rate is $180
Best act. possible would be a $99+ with unlimited data on a smartphone. If they customer had their own Treo I'd make $200.
There are 4 tiers based on act. #'s and data percentage. Tier 3 is what I based the above info off, it is 35+ act. w/ 90%+ data. Tier 4 adds $5-10 per act. (including upgrades).
Accessories and full retail sales are just split dollar for dollar over cost - so, a car charger w/ a cost of $4 sold at $35 makes me $15. Likewise, if I sell a 2128 for $100 over cost (on average) it's $50 commission.

actually I am way over quota and have never had a month where i did not hit it i avererage about 1400 a commission check and about 700 an hourly two hourlys a month and one commis 😎

On average, I make between $1000-$1500 a week. And that's since January and now. When the holiday season comes I was told to expect at least triple that.

I work for a Wireless Zone, and the way my boss(who's an independent business owner) pays us, we get a profit grid for our phones and get paid depending on the profitability of the phones, plus 15% of the profit on accessories(30% if it's in the same sale as a phone), plus we get paid on data features added. It can get pretty lucrative on a sale with Bluetooth phones.
