commison question
The company I work for will only pay an employee who leaves there last commison check if they quit in the pay period where we are paid commision. Is this standard or are we getting cheated?

I don't understand make sure you are using the correct "their, there, they're". Maybe you should tell us how your pay structure works if you want an honest answer.

I worked for a Cingular agent back in the day that did that. Needless to say, I quit on the spot instead. It happened to be at the end of the pay period, and I was tired of them dicking me around.
