Anyone else have a fellow employee you hate
I am so tired of this fellow employee of mine. I listen to her constantly give out false information and straight up lie to customers all day everyday. It pisses me off. She sits on her ass all day and ignores customers until they approach her. Her customer service skills are terrible and she is supposed to be my role model because she is a "Senior Rep" who never maintains her goals by the way. The manager does nothing because he hates his job more than we do. I hate this market. There is no justice here. These last three days are going to be hell.

Well she doesn't look at porn, but she myspaces or plays yahoo games all day and talks on her phone.

this guy will hook up our wireless headphones to our dish network and completely ignore everyone. or he brings in a controller and plays video games on line. but he really doesnt ever stop talking.

Yeah. Sounds similar. She also thinks since she is the "Senior" she can boss everyone around and she is ALWAYS RIGHT. Most of the time it feels like I work by myself.

You should always correct her infront of customers so she will feel as stupid as she is.

Ours comes in 10-30 min late out of uniform, sits in the back talking on his phone. Says he's out on an outreach location and is not there, buts in on your sales pitch and activation, complains when he has to do actual work when the rest of us have done these activities 20 times before him.
