I get $19 per activation.
$10 per Upgrade.
$5 for Text and or Voice Mail sold (each).
10% of accessories price with a $13.00 or more gross margin.
Customers must stay on service for 290 days (10 months) or they take back that commission, but not the bonuses.
At 25 activations and $1200 in accessories sold I get a bonus of $150. If I sell 40 activations and $2500 in Accessories I get a bonus of $250.
I get $18 for T-mobile activations
I get $3 for any upgrades, T-Mobile prepaid or Boost
I also get $3 for any data package I can sell
In a month, if I can sell 35-44 - $90.00 bonus, 45-65 $120.00, 66-80 $165.00, 81-95 $225.00, 96-110 $270 or 111-125 $315.
The point of the bonus is to have our location sell as many units as possible.
So, activations make us between $2 and $40, upgrades between $1.50 and $20 if you're at 10%, and twice that if you're at 20%.
For every vert we sell, the store makes three times that value after the vesting period, and we get our percentage off that. We get our percentage off accessory profit too.
Activations: $5-$30 on a 2 year contract
$2-$10 on a 1 year contract
$1 for no contract
Upgrades: $10 on a 2 year contract
$5 on a 1 year contract
Prepaid: $5 for Pay as you Go
$10 for Pick your plan
Vertical Services: 1X the monthly charge
ex. Text for $9.99, i make $9.99
Accessory Sales: 10% of all accessories sold in that month.
If there are any Corp. Cingular people reading this let me know if your commission is as good as this because i would bet NOT!

We have commission bonuses that are based on the hours i work, so depending on my hours and performance, I can get anywhere from $100 to $350 bonus per check.
We also have store bonuses that are based on our numbers. so if the store meets the bonus we can get bonuses ranging from $50 to $300 depending on how well we did. And those are once per month.
I work about 30 hours per week and i bring home around $...

Rate plans are on a three tier basis:
$1-$79.98/month=>$5
$79.99-$119.98=>$10
$119.99+=>$15
I get 10% of the profit on any acc.
Add ons:
$0.01-$9.99/month=>$1
$10+/month=>$3
If I get 140% my handset and acc. quota in a month, my commission check multiplies by 1.2. (Now if they only made a realistic quota, cheap bastards... đŋ )

i complain a lot but i guess i get paid pretty well huh?
i have to hit a number every month, if i hit that number i get 100% of whatever plan that person chose plus features.
ie:
40 phones @ $40 a month plus $8 in feats estimates)
about $1880 plus hourly. ($10 hour)
pretty easy to make my number, but if you don't you get 25% of your total.

And I can get numerous other bonuses for hitting certain numbers up to 1000 in total, I made 4 grand in January.
Labor control is easy because it is me, the owner, and one other part timer. But I have to make sure the store is covered the hours that is posted that we are open. If no one can make it...I have to. I work anywhere from at minimum 50 hours but up to 60.
But all in all, I make around 50k.
