How To Fix My Android Phone Please Help

Iv'e been using Vivo Phone for 1 year now and when i travel abroad i use https://www.myline.com/ for calling internationally, and suddenly when i arrive in Thailand for business trip i forgot to on the airplane mode of my phone when i'm trying to open my mobile phone the screen is showing black.
I've tried to insert the charger if its working but the charging light is blinking on the top of the screen.
Any suggestions or Technical way to solve?
