Tethering issue.
Customer can't tether his phone.
Me: Are you trying to tether to a PC or a Mac?
Cust: Uh, Uh, I'm using a laptop.

He already had it on there. He just couldn't get it to work. After I facepalmed over his stupidity. He then advised me that he was calling in on the phone he was having trouble with (which most center reps know isn't helpful) and that he was out to dinner with some friends and was nowhere near his laptop. We have a winner here.
