So I keep hearing about all the bad customers we get, but what about the customers that make you laugh or customers that are really interesting.
This one customer called in and this was the conversation.
Me: Thank you for holding, this is anna speaking, how may I help you?
Cust: (Insert high class accent here)Hello Dahling, I was just inquiring about my rate plan.
Me: (slightly taken aback by the accent) Uh right, well you have a 39.99 plan with 600 daytime minutes and unlimited nights and weekends (I said this after I VID the account of course)
Cust: Oh! Marvelous, Simply Marvelous Darling!
Do you happen to have any mobile to Mobile minutes to add to that?
Me: yeah, that will require a two year contract...
Cust: Fabulo...
