If you can authenticate easily...

...I become suspicious of you. Most people don't know the PIN on their accounts. Why do you know yours so quickly? Why don't you have to mumble through every birthday you've ever memorized? Did you steal the PIN from somebody?

I don't buy it. The proper procedure is to call everyone who sends you a text with a phone number without thinking twice about it.

some may know by heart because they are always calling. i know which birthday mine is and can tell you off the top of my head even though i rarely have to call.

I provide the answer to my security question when prompted for a numerical PIN, just like a normal customer.

when they know the SSN, DOB, address, account #, and everthing else BUT the pin or answer to security question.

Can't remember the security questions for when I can't remember my password. First pet was named Jake but I need a 5 letter word, so did I improvise 6 months ago? And favorite teacher was it Miss or Mrs. the compter is an exacting taskmaster!

Customers that present numbers with a varying amount of digits, and expect me to decode it.

"My PIN number is twenty one hundred thirty two."

They meant 201302.

Twenty, one hundred and thirty, and two.
