We have about 3 to 6 seconds between calls for all of our 8 hour shift. They want call time kept to 2 to 5 minutes average.
No time for that crap! We are very much allowed to dump a call!!

she ended up approved for 2 lines then every line that she'll get, she needs to pay a $250 dep...
when i provided her the result,
"Oh my God!!! Would you expect me to pay you a effin $250 just to get your crappy service???"
-so why'd you call us?
Simply say fine. Your choice and we have no contract.
LOL as I look at the stats and those who leave come back in a month or so. 🤣
we have this 2yr contract and if they cancell, say hello to $200 ETF!!!
