at my job if we have more people calling in than we have people to answer the phone a green light comes on then a yellow then a red one. oh how i hate the red light.

No light here either. Each phone on any of the 200 to 300 desks had a flashing light and a light buzz or ring.

We have about 3 to 6 seconds between calls for all of our 8 hour shift. They want call time kept to 2 to 5 minutes average.

haha no handling time here... we take sales calls.. bat most of the calls are considered as bogus... dang!!!

i hate tech stuff... most of cx called in sales just to have their phone troubleshoot,, then worst thing is they kept on resisting me to transfer them to tech sup. and i would get the "F" word coz they thought im not doing my job....

Any...ANY foul talk, a quick warning then if it keeps up we dump the call and add to the notes. There are some managers who will disable the account if they do it to them.

No time for that crap! We are very much allowed to dump a call!!

YEA... got a cust earlier...
worst thing the cust is only a prospect!!!


she ended up approved for 2 lines then every line that she'll get, she needs to pay a $250 dep...

when i provided her the result,


"Oh my God!!! Would you expect me to pay you a effin $250 just to get your crappy service???"


-so why'd you call us?

We are pre pay. No contract. People yell they are dumping our service and what do I think of that?

Simply say fine. Your choice and we have no contract.


LOL as I look at the stats and those who leave come back in a month or so. 🤣

haha good for you theres no contract.. you can always say that its not your loss. Go and mess up in some carrier not ours hahah thats what you call in your face 😁


we have this 2yr contract and if they cancell, say hello to $200 ETF!!!

not really familliar with those lights... i think some centers are having those thingy... i thing the concept there is to make you prepared and also to make some reps to avoid goofing around heheh

it tells us how many people are in que green is a few people red is double or tripple didgets

its a little wierd... a signal that a call is comming?? much better if its just a tone or a beep...

there is a beep, but we also have a light on our aspect box that shows up when it gets busy

we actually have a few flat screen tv's throughout our call center which shows us calls waiting, agents available, and service levels and such.
