the reasons that Sundays suck..
2- it is too damn bright in here
3-normally annoying people become more annoying
4-the playoffs are on
5-the idiots standing around yelling "WHAT TIME YOU OPEN???"
just because i'm here doesn't mean i opened yet, we don't just descend from the heavens and are magically ready for business!!
Visit Wisconsin some time...you'll probably die from shock. (At least, that's the hope)

6. Was out way too late last night.

I think today might just be the worst day I have ever worked. Not only have I been here for three hours, and the only sign of life I have had was a customer call who bought his phone 25 days ago and now has a battery that won't charge and a blown out speaker. I told him about our 15 day return on defective phones policy and told him since it was past his 30 days, we can either make an ins. claim, send it in for repair or speak to upper management who will be here tommorrow ( I am just a lowly sales rep and cannot bypass policies like my boss can without getting in trouble). then his mom calls (yes, he is 24 and his mom had to call and complain for him) i told her the same thing i told him, even read our ret
