my favorite part about that was that my customers were also really surprised. "you guys are open today?!?" well, gee, you can't be too shocked; if you didn't think we were open, you wouldn't have bothered to call!

They are secretly hoping we're closed so they can call back and demand everything for Free and lots of credits for inconviniencing. Being closed cost them THOUSANDS of dollars and its all our fault. đ˛
